Transcribing people with accents isn't an issue for me as I'm a college student studying abroad and I'm friends with many people with accents from all around the world. It's a very competitive market due to voice recognition; therefore, it's hard to find a transcriptionist who is willing to advise someone who may be "competition" for the extremely limited market.
