Wordpress job 1 of 100- Set a conditional restriction to a page.

We have this setup and I believe it works properly. So, your task is to prevent users from visiting a specific url until they have sent a specific number of invites. Flow: When a login user tries to visit the locked url.. check if they have sent the accepted number of invites before you can grant access. Grant access or refuse and load a blank page with an instruction to them. (see screenshot1) 2. Allow option for admin to be able to remove the lock url (page) or add it to several other pages. 3. Currently, admin is not able to see the invited users, we are only able to see the invited user counts.. so a user may have actually invited bogus email addresses. I would like to be able to see the invited users. 4. Allow admin to be able to modify the total number of invited users required to remove the restrictions. NOTE: A user might actually invite users from an email other than the email they registered with us, so you will be able to validate them with their userid.
