WooCommerce Sales Agent and POS System

Hi all, and sorry for my english. I'm looking for a developer who can create/customize a plugin für Wordpress and WooCommerce like: Sales Agent Manager and POS system all in one. WooCommerce requiriments: Closed system. Only Sales-Agents and Child-Sales-Agents can order. End customers can not see the shop and can not order products. No stock system (Products are always available) No payment. (agents just order). No shipment. (products are delivered by shop-owner it self) No shipping costs. No refunds. No VAT/TAX for products. Calculating of commision if agent or child-agent buys products (see below) Funktionality: 1. Admin Admin can do all. Admin will be person who will manage wordpress, woocommerce, plugins etc. 2. Shop-Owner (created by admin) can do following: Manage products and product categories. Products can have different options like color, size, weight etc. Manage orders. Manage customers and customer categories. Manage agents (sales-agents and child-sales-agents) Possibility to see relationship of agent->child agent->customer by viewing customer details. See full daily, monthly, yearly reports (i.e. new customers, new created agents, orders etc.) at dashboard. Possibility of print and create pdf and excel files of reports. Seeing commission. If shop-owner creates an sales-agent then an agent-shop will automatically be created and main-shop product will be displayed there. Possibility to set another logo, address, owner name (agent name in this case) for this agent-shop. 2. Sales-Agent (created by shop-owner) can do following in his own shop (created by shop-owner): Login into his own agent-shop. i.e [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] NO manage of products. Manage his own customers. Manage his own orders. See full daily, monthly, yearly report of his customers, orders etc. Possibility of print and create pdf and excel files of reports. Seeing his own commission. If sales-agent creates an child-sales-agent then an child-agent-shop will automatically be created and mastershop product will be displayed there.
