Whatsapp Bulk Message Sending / Host on Our Server -- 3

I want one web application for sending bulk WhatsApp Messages for the full contact list of more than 1,000,000 users. The app/software should be able to filter contacts with WhatsApp users when I upload contact list. Anyone who has an already developed or ready system will be very welcome. I need a ready system that works on the web, should be able to host on our hosting server(Linux). I need to see a live demonstration before making any payment. The system should read the ability to read and import from a base of phone numbers in excel or txt format and store for future submissions. Also, able to name the lists/groups. The system must have its own API to send messages for more than 100,000 messages per day without being blocked. Also, should be able to use multiple numbers to avoid blocking. After sending successfully, able to generate the report with staus: sent, received and read. Would be great if it is possible to export the results to excel with graphics. Design architecture with minimal security so that the system is not blocked by WhatsApp or its updates. Kindly bid the best offer so that others can't beat your bid.
