Web portal with subs and auth to run scripts and update output on the webpage

On an Ubuntu Setup I will need to run a Web Portal, Including: 1.) Paid Subscriptions and Limited User Access - Subscriptions tied to PayPal to give access to users for time period and to certain portals(eg. 1 month to Portal Option 1, 2 Months to Portal Options 1 and 2) - If user refunds payment, they lose access, if users time is over, they lose access. - Manually able to add and edit users, their access to portals and time left of access - Open to Other Payment Options or ability to add later 2.) On Each Portal, have User Defined Field that could be used to interact and run my python scripts, Also use Hard -Set Values that they could only set once in their Profile, then they can not change them again, Only an Admin could change them. - Setup each Portal Page like a Form, the Form will have Values that they could not change that are imported from their user account, like their username. Then the Form had Values that they must input. Those values in the form could them be used in a python script, when they hit the Submit Button. Have Drop-down list for some Values that are pre-defined in the database, like Colors, List a ton of Colors and they could choose one. - Be able to import Drop-down list Values from a file to the Database with no duplicates. - Good to have this option in the Admin Portal. - In a Frame, show the Status of the Script running - If a Script is Running from that user, do not let them run another until the current one is completed. - be able to STOP the script or cancel it while running. - Plus if we could add any animations and/or a status bar with % of the script being completed off of outputted data. - If they close the browser and open it back to that portal, they can see if their script is still running or has completed. - An Admin Portal to manage users / permissions and edit stuff in the Database NOTE: I use Python for my scripts, but willing to change away from Python, if needed.
