I had a very simple php form on a website that no longer works. The old php version has been updated to 5.5 and the script will not run. I have provided the files and want the exact format to work as it has always worked. Not sure why it does not work now. The files are being hosted on a [login to view URL] server. Maximum bid for this is $30 and I need turn around today. This should be a very simple fix for someone that knows PHP. Just need to see that the form sends the data in the format originally created.
