I have a co-worker who has a basic knowledge of HTML and we both have worked to get a countdown timer working. It works ALMOST exactly how I want it - It is just beyond us at this point. First, there is a glitch that flashes "-1" on each other the timeframes when the timer is loaded. Second, I would like the timer to not reset when it reaches zero, but reset if the page is reloaded. Lastly, I would like it to no longer use the 15-minute intervals after a certain time of the day, but then start using the 15-minute intervals again the next day at a certain time.
