I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for a group of users to trade non tangible items. The website enables users to trade 'ecards' between each other. The platform will be similar to that of the stock market. I.e. the holder of one 'ecard' can offer a sale price. And a potential buyer can ask a buy price for any 'ecard'. Similar to how [login to view URL] markets work. image attached The e cards will be controlled by administrators (using the betfair example above, each ecard will be its own market) Admin will be able to name each ecard place them in a catergory, set how many of each are in circulation to be traded, info behind what they are. Users will need a login system, each will have a portfolio, and a balance (payment ability) Admin will have the ability to see all users portfolios,
