This project will be awarded jointly with the project [login to view URL] anf the project [login to view URL] since many of the features are similiar. The site will be a Portal that will permit users to access real estate information and providers. Since much of the database information is common, it may be that the sites need common development. There will be various Categories available to the visitor. Foe example: Find a Realtor, Find a Mover, Find a Mortagage Broker, Find a Home. Access will be via selection of Country, State/Province/Region, City, City Sector. There will also be interactive maps from which to select the previous. Realtor information will be added either by Admin input/import or by Customer Sign Up. Realtors will be identified as being paid members (several membership categories) or as unpaid. Realtor database design will follow project award. Users will drill-down through a Realtor search an will be show a list of Realtors that service tha area chosen. Realtors who are paid members will be shown at the top of the list, in random order, with a lot of information showing. Realtors who are unpaid will be shown at the bottom of the list, in random order, with little information shown and no hyperlinks. Other categories (Movers, Mortgage Brokers, etc) will operate in a similar fashion. Realtors, or the General Public, will be able to create a Property Listing to offer properties for sale. There will be 3 main categories - Single Family, Apartment/Condo, Commercial each of which will require a seperate table design. Realtors will be able to add Property Listings based upon their membership level. The general public will be able to add Property Listings for a fee. Customers will be able to Search on various criteria and will be able to print a Highlight Sheet for properties they find interesting. They will be able to save the Properties as "Favorites" or email the Highlight Sheet to a Friend. They will be able to create a Search Profile that will notify them of any New listings or Price changes. The program will have the ability for Admin to create various Membership Plans from which to choose. The Plans will include # of Listings, # of Featured Listings, Term, Price.
