Dear Client, To get the website to run faster I recommends that the website be build custom and that any images or illustrations used on the site be optimized to improve bandwidth speeds. Custom code runs faster because it cleaner than WordPress and the server will read it much faster. Therefore, the loading times greatly increase. I know that when I build the church website we went from WordPress to custom and the load times greatly increased. Even with a lot of illustrations and we also use woo-foo for are ecommerce. Good day. You WordPress need caching mechanism to be configured properly. Do you have SSH access to you Linux server? Nginx can significantly speed up your website. It will cache HTML page during 10-20 minutes and send it to the visitor. Apache will be forced to work only once every 10-20 minutes. This will reduce server load and speed up your website a lot!

I have a lot of experience with optimizing the Wordpress with cloud flare it should be 0.8-2 sec I will remove some parts of the WP cache*ing and add some of my optimization modules that I use every day and I think I can notably increase the speed . Delivery in 10 hours if all is well I need access to Wordpress and FTP. If I cant do it. no payment is needed.
