Simple Vqmod Opencart Extension Required - API Work

I need an Opencart Extension developed using vqmod so no core files are over written. I need an Opencart expert to develop a piece of software to filter orders by product and send order details (if they match criteria) over to a warehouse. The warehouse has a API specification for the order details. This software needs to be operable from within the Opencart admin area, as a vqmod extension. Below is the basic criteria for the project, please ensure you fully understand all the requirements before bidding. 1) Software is to filter orders by brand attribute and send orders / partial orders over to warehouse. Order details are to be fully compliant with their API spec which can be found here [login to view URL] 2) Software is triggered upon receipt of new order. 3) Developed as a vqmod extension. 4) Status of order to be shown in Opencart admin area on Sales / Order screen i.e. order send to warehouse, partial order sent to warehouse, not sent etc, 5) The API provides a confirmation the order has been received. The software therefore needs to send an email to confirm it has been sent, either on a per order basis or at end of day. 6) The software also needs to check once the order has been shipped, update order status in opencart and insert the relevant courier / tracking info. This feature needs to have option to disable. 7) Full log of all new files and files modified needs to be provided at end of project.
