Simple query

Hi I need this urgent!! I have phpnuke as my CMS portal. I have a module where members upload their pic and I want to show that pic in their profile or should I say whatever pic they submit to the gallery I want that to be shown in their profile. Now the unique feilds that match with which one can make a query is the feild "submitter" in table nuke_gallery_pictures and feild "username" in table nuke_users. Now I need to call the pics submitted by the user to the nuke_gallery_pictures. Anyone interested message asap. I will pay $10 only if it would work and shouldnt be a problem for a php/mysql coder
