Simple Crossbrowser plugin extension using Kango, Crossrider, CrossBrowser etc.

We need a simple crossbrowser plugin developing using one of the frameworks mentioned in the heading (or any other way you see fit) to work in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The plugin needs to send every address from the address bar via the Viglink Rest API. The api will either return the same address for the browser to load or it will affiliate the address and return that for the browser. This needs to be invisible to the user and not affect browsing. Its a very simple job for anyone who knows the crossbrowser extensions, we already have basic extensions installed so we need to update those with the new code.
