SEEKING AN EXPERT IN WORDPRESS / PHP / MySQL / CSS / HTML

I am seeking a experienced developer that has good design skills. I will NOT hire you if you have a team as I am looking to hire someone to work one on one with me ONLY. I have a custom membership wordpress website and it also has php custom coding. My database is alittle complex so you must have good skills with MySQL. Lastly, My gateway is Cybersource so you need to be familiar with Soap request (php) Photoshop skills a must too. Also, experience in mobile versions / responsive I have a project called where I want to offer my inactive members a free trial Please see attached file for details of project.
