Responsive Ad Code (Google Publisher Tag) Insertion needed with DFP to Joomla 3.51 Template

I'm hitting a snag trying to get my Google Publisher Tags (GPT) from DFP that I created to work properly with my new Joolma template. This should be a quick fix as I'll be very helpful and have pretty much everything in the right place (so I think). I'm looking specifically for someone to set up Responsive Ads. [login to view URL] as you can see via images attached: my home page leaderboard is running a dfp ad slot with multiple sizes. [login to view URL] is test website. When I check on mobile it's not loading the mobile size. I need a bit of direction getting setup better, but also someone to work with going forward as I'll have many more related DFP/Ad Exchange/Headerbidding Projects I would like to get this to work with the "[login to view URL](mapping);" technique so that I have the best possible setup. The above link explains how to do it perfectly, I'm just not familiar with any of this.
