Brief 1. Work on the live site 2. Rebuild the Online Registration System, Link Up with Payment Gateway (PayPal and iPay88) 7. Ensure that the registration process works smoothly from registration to payment and auto emails/receipts etc 8. Take note of the following on our current website: a. Failed transaction (this is to handle if customers somehow could not complete payment during the online payment process http://[will be provided] b. Registration System Overview - Two pricing for International and Local Participants - If customers choose International Participant only PayPal option to be given - For Local Participants, all 3 options must be made available - System should not allow duplication of emails - As soon as customer click Register, it should be recorded in our system - Next page will be summary, followed by payment page - What’s the flow? Customer fill up details, choose payment options > Click Register > E-mail sent to customer saying Registration Received with attached quotation in PDF > If paid after registering, pdf tax invoice to be emailed to registrants > If Failed transaction, should be directed to the Failed transaction page as shown above > Then they can enter their email and try payment again. - We can also manually confirm “Paid” status from the dashboard, mainly for customers who do cash deposit or wire transfer. - Abstract submission, once registered the participants can attach documents and send to secretariat for approval.
