Property Management Accounting Software -- 2

I am looking for a developer to take a property management portal that we have developed and expand this to a full property management web application for managing the properties for my business. We currently use a popular management software called Propertyware by Real Page. We also use a produce called podio to manage tasks and workflow. We use Globiflow to automate many of the Podio workflows. I am looking to replace all of these into one proprietary application that we can fully customize for our needs and the way that we manage our business processes. It is vital that you have an accounting background and can incorporate open source accounting software or software you may have already created as this component of the application is vital and must be totally accurate and reliable. This application will eventually need to satisfy all property management functions including credit card and ACH payments and charges, multiple integrations with third party software, email server for gmail - google voice organization, click to call, call recognition and automations, softphone integration, owner and tenant portals. This will be an ongoing project completed in phases for testing and for usability and anticipated to take upto 6 months for the initial project and then an ongoing relationship to support and upgrade from then on. It is vital that the freelancer be able to understand accounting software.
