Background: Caldera Forms (like the more well-known Gravity Forms) is a form-builder for WordPress. Site admins may define forms with fields; site users may enter data and submit these forms; then site admins may see the results of each form entry. Other features are available, such as automatic processing of form submissions, etc. Business goal: For a certain Caldera Form, when a site admin views an entry, he may record that the entry is Approved (thereby initiating further automated handling of the data) or that it is Denied.
