SIMPLE DATABASE with CUSTOM KEYS for QUICK LOG PURPOSE: Visual inspection (=SURVEY) of road defects (potholes, cracks etc.), defect names are coded into D1-D12. Every defect has to be logged into database on 1 key press (no confirmations). Therefore, we need custom keys, which triggers preset log into database, GPS location and date&time to be logged also. TASK - SIMPLE SQLITE DATABASE with 2 TABLES (Road List and Survey Database) - CUSTOM KEYS, where each KEY PRESS triggers a PREDEFINED LOG into Survey DATABASE - Setting of KEYS (triggers) has to be fully customizable (no Android UI needed, values in INI/CSV file), new keys if needed. - one of the PARAMETERS is POSITION taken from Android GPS and TIME taken from Android - DATABASE import and export to CSV (Comma Delimited) and SHARE - App has to support Android Split Screen, has to run on any Android 4+ (possibly 5+ if problem with 4) - Has to run on any screen incl. tablets, app and keys to be stretched to match full view (sizes by ratio) - Has to support landscape view, see page 2(extra INI file for keys setup) - 3 days for revision delivery, 5days in total Please see attached PDF with details, READ CAREFULLY and make your offer.
