POS software made in Java, local database & inventory -.. -- 2

Hello, I am interested for a POS software. That has an inventory, database & direct sale using fiscal printers. (all fiscal printers have drivers, and support for all type of OS) The budget is $250. Please check the attachment! How I need the software: - all source code to be legal (no copy paste from other softwares). - yes we can use open source codes, to simplify our job. - I need this software installable on windows, and linux.. (maybe MacOS but not sure) - in the future i would like to connect it to a cloud database.. but only in the future. So this is another question what programming langue would you use.. so that in the future it can be connected the local database to a cloud database. - All pages will be in PSD format. Pixel perfect everything. So we also request everything to be exactly as in the PSD files - The software must be to be compatible with 1 barcode scanner (drivers and help code will be supported by the scanners company website) - Software must be compatible with 1 fiscal printer (drivers and help code will be supported by the scanners company website) Questions, for what I need answers from you? - Approximative time to be done, by you? (usable software) - I would like to be written in JAVA, can you do it? - Send me some software examples made in JAVA. PS: The NEXT project will be to connect / synchronise the local database with the cloud database. BUT when there is NO internet connection the software works offline locally.
