PHP, MySQL, websocket - work with our team

We use PHP, MySQL, Jquery. You know these and real time system (like websocket, node.js or similar). You need to produce nice formatted professional code, no hasty crap work. There are other people who might need to understand and update the code in the future! This is what we need help with right now (per hour): ***Pdf system*** A system that takes a PDF from the server - prefills it with some data (like patient names in certain fields). Show it in the browser of the client with a save button. The save button creates a request back to the server. The server then create a pdf and save to disc on the server. (you can see a example here [login to view URL] of that they have PDF that makes request back to server) ***Chat system*** A chat client that show the users logged in within this clinic. They click on a client and can do 1-on-1 chat (like on facebook). We need this using a real time system (like websocket, node.js or similar). We also need it to save to mysql database so they can look back at history in their chat. (so function for login, logout, show logged in clients, chat with someone and also save to db) ***License system*** Using real time system (websocket, node.js or something else) that log when a user are in certain parts of the system. Every hour we save to database how many was in these systems AT THE SAME TIME at the most per clinic. Other future tasks * Help us update our reports so they look and feel a bit nicer than today (the functionality is already there) * Our current calendar is polling changes every minute, we want to implement a real time system (websocket, node.js or something similar) (and there will be other similar tasks coming) This is us: We are a small but effective company in medical software field. Our product, clinicbuddy, is used by 2500 medical clinics. Currently we are 5 people full time and some extra people on a hourly basis. We hope to make this position more permanent in the future, depending on how our financial situation looks. We do not want to work with a "team", we want a real single person. We keep contact over Skype chat for daily tasks.
