PHP to Extract XML data to a file using MYSQL table for url lookup/status

Hi, I require a mysql table with following fields. autoid, propertyid, updatedate, lastcheckeddate, status, active. I require a php script page to lookup the propertyid in the mysql table to then check a remote website for data or change, and if changed or first time retrieve data and produce XML output file in correct format. I would want to trigger a cront tab to check this script periodically and check all the urls that are still active = 1. If status on remote site is now sold or withdrawn it should update the database status =Sold and active=-1 and email notification to my admin email address in the php page. I have provided 3 example XML output files that match the 3 example html files. The sample ids are 130090786, 130090790 & 130161090. (The image URLS in the xml files are my source ones. I require the path to REA 800x600 ones written to the XML) For example..
