PHP expert needed for making rules for xml/csv feed in magento. [no hourly bid]

Hi, we are facing an issue with generating a feed for Fruugo, the problem is they have very specific rule with what can be included and what can not be. like some special characters etc. we have spent about 10 days sorting it out but they keep on rejecting it because there are errors we have datafeedmanager extension for magento so any one who have used this extension should know that it is very versitile extension and you can create any feed for anything. and it has great scope of php rules etc. you job is read all the document from fruggo site for feedback and then create a feed for them using our extension datafeedmanager. either in csv or xml. what ever is easier? but remember you have to map all the categories with them and you are not done unless there say all is done and well. any question ask me.
