Your application will get a list of cities and their weather from the open weather API. Your application must list the cities and their information in a table [login to view URL] will be developing with the free sample version of the API which lists the cities of Kiev, London and Moscow. When you have everything else done you will switch the API to use the full version that will list the cities of Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon,Swift Current and Yorkton
You must also add the ability for users to rate eachcity from 1 to 5 stars. For this functionality you must make your own PHP API using doctrine and Symfony validation. In order for this functionality to work as expected you must take the city ID from the open weather API and store it in the database along with a rating from 1 to 5. There will be many ratings for each city. You must use the SQL average aggregate function to find the average of all the ratings for a particular city.
