Need you very good at Virtuemart and customizations and very quick repairing bugs.

Hi there, Are you good at Joomla and especially Virtuemart customizations? Its about my Joomla with Virtuemart 3.2.14 with a Virtueplanet merchanttemplate webshop. Everywhere at the back there are already made customizations wich makes this site really nasty to update Joomla and Virtuemart and all extensions. Every time we do updates, all customizations should not be overwritten. I need someone who is very good at that processes to make backups and call them back when its needed too. I have year around tasks for customizing this virtuemart webshop. Modifications (layout), programming of extra component or customfields plugins too, and repair bugs. I need fast delivered work when it comes to an issue/bug/problem to solve. Because I cannot effort to wait for you finishing first another job when I need you urgently wich I will tell you. Not everything is urgent with me :-) I would like you to think with me for yourself, suggest things about SEO or something and also tests things still going right. You work with me paying you trough PP for your working hours or projectprice for new extensions we both agree with. I also think about paying you monthly a basic salary to be sure you are always there for me for urgent repair.
