Need Wordpress Membership Site like Lynda.com

Need a simple membership wordpress site. Design has to be similar (not exact clone) to lynda.com. Same functionality, similar design including menu style/functionality. Must allow users & staff to submit new post using embed video code, AND allow users & staff to upload video's/content. Allow users to comment on vids (comments can be turned on/off and deleted by admin) Admin/users must be able to upload docs, images, etc (PDF, jpg, doc, etc) Users can Rate each post/article/vid. "Thumbs up/thumbs down" rating (like or dislike). Shows how many likes, and how many dislikes. (similar to youtube rating) Need contact form. Need REQUEST form (users can request certain content) Social media share for each new article/vid/etc (twitter, facebook, instagram, etc) Create simple blog ALL new post must get approved by admin before being posted to site. Will have about 12 MAIN categories. (Main box menu items like on [login to view URL]) Need a TRENDING scroller that displays trending articles/vids at the bottom of pages. Need a "Recently Added" section on home page Need ability to easily add new main categories (on homepage and menu) Must be responsive/mobile device friendly. (can use on mobile phones, tablets, etc with ease and looks/works well on these devices) Must design site similar to [login to view URL] (both design & functionality) Will need membership based functions (log in, log out, my account, etc Must be able to manage site/content/users (thus wordpress) Create ad spot on each page and have a way to manage ads. MUST write clean code that is NOT proprietary (must be ease for any programmer to understand code. MUST be completed by August 8, 2015
