I need a helping hand in developing a PHP website for my family, with Content and User Management Features

I am willing to develop a website for my large family (Around 3000 person), that will include some information about the family history, and also a family tree where the users can view and add/update on the tree (for new born and marriages and deaths) and a lot of features that helps the family to communicate together I have developed the family tree and it is ready to be located in any website design, but what I will need in this project is a helping hand to develop the website (other basic features) based on PHP (as I have developed the tree using PHP) with new design, as I’m not able to complete it. The below description will show the main requirements as user stories, from both user and admin perspectives: 1- As a non-registered user I want to: Go through the website (Home page, Family History, main (male) family tree, check the website services (descriptions), business cards, etc) a. Home Page A Small brief about the family, with some images and list of services that the website provides. b. Family History (stories): A set of sub-pages (or a dynamic page) with a title (of the story), an image placeholder and paragraph. So also we can use such pages to put Information about family members that have global achievements for example. c. Family Tree: Already developed 2 types of family trees (The first type for males only {2 versions, Arabic and English}, and the second one with the females). What I only need is a page to locate the family tree in, and a variable to be passed to the family tree module that I developed to check if a user is logged in to show the full module or not signed in to show only the males tree). d. Website services (descriptions): A description about the services that the website provide to the family members (users) e. Business Cards A page to show the list of doctors, engineers, and other service jobs and roles, the design should look as list of business cards. ( each doctor, engineer, painter etc can select whether to keep their business card public or private, for private the users only can see the business card, for the public, non-registered users can see them. f. Contact Us 2- As a Registered User I want to: a. Do all the above. b. Create account c. Receive an email when I register d. Verify the email address. e. Select my place on tree (Needs some more detailed thinking) maybe we can add this is me button on each member in the tree. (Nice to have) f. Edit any family tree member information (DOB, Name, phone ,address ,etc…) g. Enter updates on tree (Marriage, death, add family member (new born) h. Post a wedding announcement or a death announcement. i. Use Marketing Page (where the registered users from the family can add their business of profession, and the special offers they provide to the family members) – the page itself should not appear for not registered users. j. Request a list of information about the family members ( to be able to contact them to invite them to a wedding or something like that) As an admin I want to manage all the above, and receive requests of adding/editing tree members, all announcements and special offers and all content should be reviewed by the admin. Also an admin should manage users, content, dates, events, announcements, and receive messages (from Contact US page) General: 1- Agile development - Iterative development ( Request> Develop> Test> Implement) for each feature. 2- the website is RTL, and must support LTR. 3- Simple DB design 4- eye catching design 5- Users should be able to manage their accounts and profiles (Personal information and professional information) 6- Simple Admin Side with roles definition
