Need Electron Developer to package our HTML JavaScript Application for Distribution

We have an application that runs on a server that distributes an HTML JAVASCRIPT SITE THAT RUNS on the clients. We boot a PXE Ubunto ISO image to each client. When the client boots, a browser opens and loads the site from the server and uses a firefox profile to filter the page view to be applicable to the client’s hardware. It seems very cumbersome and difficult to issue out a 100 different profiles from the server and have a 100 clients run at one time with updates being sent to the server. The application runs well, but the firefox implementation is flaky. We need the browser to open right away every time showing the interface. Currently it is hit or miss when the browser will open. The other issue is we want to prevent the user from mimizing the browser and messing with unneeded settings. I prefer to embed the the HTML application and have it run from a full screen application that can not be minimized. I think that a local application can be created that will run the HTML site and locally handle the view based off the serial of the laptop being run. The purpose of the webapp browser is to provide a nice interface for the user to provide testing, auditing of the hardware and continual communication of status and activity of the hardware being worked on. We continuously send updates to the local postgres database from each client so the Servers console view can see all machines connected. I do not think much needs to be changed besides figuring out a solid solution to have the HTML run locally and see related hardware on that machine. We are using Django, Python and postgres to accomplish what we are doing.
