Music share with local file media streaming

Looking to build a music share platform social media like. to better summarize the project, i want a soundcloud and spotify, Itunes all in one. with multiple subscriptions with carts to cater user, artist. Monetization, individual artist admin with stats, with abilities to share all files, and individual mail chimp for artists. Users share to all social platforms. Users can rate tracks (star rating system) Users can leave comments on tracks (commenting system) users can follow artists users can share artist page users will have a bulletin board like home page, where the artist that they follow will show their current activity. new releases, share messages etc. Users will have a monthly subscription like spotify, also will be able to create playlists , shuffle songs etc. Full functional admin with loading music via file upload, youtube url, url, soundcloud url etc. Admin will also have a mp3 stream url so I can have a player on header which will stream from all media loaded by admin (radio playlist) Artist profiles will regualr or pro, with monthly subscriptions for each that can be edited by main admin only Artist bullting board to post and users that follow him will see announcements Users get one profile with a monthly subscriptions also can be managed only by admin. MOST IMPORTANTLY: when user is listing to tracks it must not stop, or pause each time they browse though the website: must keep their track playing non stop. also when one listing via phone and phone is screen savers come on. music must remain playing. until user stops or tracks. MUST HAVE LIVE DEMO of something similar - no wordpress or premade templates allowed. must be original code. please include IOS app, and Droid app for this to be linked and managed by main admin.
