mPDF and QR Code - Requires some work

Need some changes made to the attached Ticket Code. Specifically when the ticket is called to print it doesn't always print. It appears the QR code image generation has a timestamp and if we call several at the same time the images use the same timestamp, causing errors. I would like some form or error checking and QR Codes fixed.
