Hi, These requirements could be done in moodle by developing plugins and I'm happy to do it for you. I'm a moodle dev in a software company and know how to make moodle plugins quite well. Which moodle version do you use? Point 1 could be done by a ajax/javascript plugin that will display Welcome and Getting Started pop-up when user takes a course. Points 2 and 3 could be done as a single but more general plugin. After that your moodle will start sending emails automatically to students and/or teachers when latter finish their courses/activities. The content of each email could be configurable to a certain level. E.g. we can create two notification templates with dynamic content like to cheer a student for a good mark or to support and send links to a student who failed. Point 4. I think we can just prohibit students from taking quizzes without taking some courses/activities. Point 5 could be split into two features: 5.1 We can automatically set a low score and get students to retake exams if they didn't. 5.2 We can redirect students to another lesson with same topic upon their nearest login. Overall these requirements need a fair amount of development and testing. I can do it for you in 20 days because I can only work couple of hours per day (I have my main work + family stuff).
