Modify some php code to draw multiple Flot Charts getting the data from database and pass it in the right format to javscript

I already have a php code that extracts data from database and draw multiples Flot charts withing a pagination, showing 10 charts per page. That part of the code is working fine. The issue I have and that I haven't been able to resolve is that the array that is passed to the javascript code that draw the chart is not passed correctly, look like it is passed in the wrong order so the chart is not draw in the right way. Attached is the existing code.
