Modification in 3 pages of website

Below 3 pages. 1. Submit-ad page & link is; [login to view URL] a). I need to change the formats of the page (find the red color font for the changes i written in the attached "Picture-1" and compare with the link above for changes that i required). b). Need to add point number 4 in the attached "Picture-1" as new fields (Make, Model, KM, Trans, Year) and same fields should be reflected in "Single Ad page". (refer "Picture-2") & link to single ad page is; [login to view URL] 2. Browse Ad page. link is; [login to view URL] c) Need to remove two fields under under Filter Ads. i.e. Condition & Browse Ad with pic only (Refer: "Picture-3")
