Level 3 credit card processing.

Create a payment module for oscommerce to work with the Paymentech orbital gateway, that provides level 3 data in XML format to the company specs. Requirements 1. Module must do authorize and capture of card. 2. Module must prompt user if the credit card info is incorrect 3. No modifying of core OScommrce code 4. Module must update the order status to a defined status set in admin. 5. Module must be custimizable as much as possible in the admin section of oscommerce. 6.
