Intergrate BlockCypher API for Ethereum Wallet in an Exchange

Purpose: To implement the BlockCypher API for the creation of ethereum tokens wallet into the exchange Functionality to be developed: 1. Eth wallet: a. Registered users can login and creat their own unique eth wallet addresses. b. Deposit eth / token into the wallets c. Conversion of eth into virutal coins for trading purposes 2.
