Implements 4 page layouts provided by a marketing company

A marketing company will create the layout concept for our airfare website. We need to implement this concept, creating all visual programming (css / html) and connecting to our search / result webservice. The marketing company will provide the desktop layouts, however, the site must be responsive. Therefore, the idea of tablet and mobile layout should be for the programmer, preferably using bootstrap. The search and result part (item 1 and 2) must be in pure PHP. Already the blog portion of destinations, can be implemented using a CMS as wordpress as long as the logic is followed that will be proposed by the marketing company. The layouts that will be created and need to be implemented are as follows: 1) home - with data selection: presentation of the layout with the list of cities to be found, open calendar for match selection, and open calendar with arrival selection. The simplified layout is attached as "01 - [login to view URL]", it will be more detailed by the marketing company (will be included some more details like the footer and etc) 2) Result - displays the list of flights found by the search engine in an incremental way (ie the results will appear as they are received) must have a progress bar. The simplicated example is attached as "02 - [login to view URL]", it will be more detailed by the martking company we hired. 2.1) see more flights: list the layout of all additional flight options for a particular destination, from the choice made by the user. 2.2) tourism photos: displays layout for the case of hovering over the photo, opening a small layer with the thumbnail image, short text and link to access the complete content (which will be a link to a destination blog page) 3) Blog Destinations - home page: view of blog home, displaying the highlights in the format of slides, in addition to other posts in highlights. This layout will still be created by the marting company and provided. 4) Blog Destinations - open post: shows page layout with post selected by the user, displaying beyond the main content, top and footer, the sidebar as advertising space / partnership. This layout will still be created by the marting company and provided. Please, just give us a budget if you have read and understood the description.
