Hire a Javascript Developer

I am starting a project and need to prove the concept. I need a site for this work as I want it accessible by me and one other person. I do not need a nice looking site at this point; that will come later. It simply needs to function as follows: 1. Connect to a stock market 15 minute delayed data feed automatically within 5 minutes of the last update provided (you will need to identify a free service that provides this data) for a list of 25 stock tickers 2. Import stock and option data (25 strike prices around current price expiring in less than 14 days) 3. Perform calculations using Javascript on the data. I have the calculations currently in an Excel spreadsheet except for calculating the implied volatility of the stock. 4. Store the data in a MySQL database 5. Provide an export option of the data in CSV format 6. Provide documentation on where to modify the calculations I already have a web hosting service ([login to view URL] ([login to view URL])). I can setup a domain and have it ready to run PHP and MySQL. Once I can get this operational and look at the data, I will have more work that I will need you to do relative to calculations and presentation.
