Google Map with mulitple postcode radiuses

We need a simple wordpress plugin that allows us to build a map with multiple suburb/radius points. We need to define the size of the map in pixels as length x width. Then we define a location (address e.g. 47 Chute St, Diamond Creek 3089) and a distance (km) for a radius to be drawn around this point. The circle will be partially transparent (we can define the colour of the circle and level of transparency - default is black). We can add multiple circles around different addresses. Finally, a shotcode is generated and can be inserted onto any page. If possible, I'd like to be able to access this from the page editor and insert directly onto the respective page. Thanks, Simon
