Fix a plugin in an existing wordpress site

Hi, We need a plugin to be fixed on our current site: editsdesign.com. The plugin, which is a product configurator in the configure section can be found on these pages: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The issue: The configurator always starts with a specific standard selection. The first boxes of each category. For example in the product 'Circus, Wood' it is: Step 1: Ash, Step 2: Polished, Step 3: Wood Base. When you start using the configurator and changing the selections, you cannot go back to this first selection. The configurator will not allow it. On mobile the selection square (a black line around the box of the swatch) also distorts - see picture attached. This happens on all the product pages in the configurator in the links above. Requirement: We need someone to be able to understand the issue why this is being caused and fix it so you can make the first standard selection. It should work for all 3 products both on desktop and mobile. Essentially, you should be able to click around to any swatch and get everything loading smoothly. Information: We had some developers looking into it and they are not sure of the problem. They said that the plugin and the variations seem to be working fine in another theme (Twenty Seventeen), and that it must be an issue with the theme and not plugin. The developers of the theme (which by the way is called Calafate) are not willing to look into 3rd party plugins and issues. Even though they are not willing to help with the plugin, they are able to answer any questions, and I can ask them anything that you might have as a question to support you fixing this issue.
