Hi. We need a way of sending an automatic message to the buyer when some specific products are purchased, we have few products that require a different message. We do printing and we require for buyers to send us artworks once they complete a purchase. What we ideally want is that once a buyer purchased a selected item they receive a message on ebay with an instructions on how they can provide us the file for a print.
