Easy Project: Display Data from MySQL DB in php with option to filter by Field.

Display Data from an exiting MySQL DB in php with option to filter by Field. Basically I want to: 1) Display all the Data 350+ Records. (Name, Email, DOB, etc....) 2) I create filter (By Name, Date Added, Email, DOB, etc.) 3) Create Specific Filters: For Coming Up To Age 65 in 3 Months, 6 Month and a Year.(Based on entered DOB) I want this done really quickly, meaning I'm looking for someone who can start right now and finish ina couple of hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will provide DB and Fake DATA. So, all you have to create are php display files, queries and filters. DO NOT SUBMIT RANDOM BID.
