I need a new website. I need you to design and build my real estate home donation website. Perspective visitors will visit our website to donate their unwanted homes, land, etc. to charity. To donate their property, they would have to complete a 3 step process. This process includes filling out a form with basic information about the property, then will proceed to the next step which will require an electronic signature on a document, then the document will need to be notarized electronically. We would love to stress the fact that it's a simple and totally free 3 step process. This is nothing different from your typically quick fast document signing integration on a website commonly used in real estate except our will include a notary option. We would like for the visitor to be guided through the process with less work on their end. Hopefully I've explained this good enough. Thank you
