I am very good at programming, I have done many projects in the pre-requisites you have mentioned. I will be able to complete the task. I would use the Paypal API to integrate the donate button. There is little task which you would have to do, as it will be your paypal account which will receive the payement, you have to give me your API (Just 2 minutes of Copy paste work)
