Doctor practice management system - PHP

Hi, I need a web application made - similar to Practice Fusion ([login to view URL]). You can check out the software by signing up for a trial. This is to be done for a group of doctors, so you can sign up for the trial. If not, you can check out their training videos on their Youtube channel for more information. In either case, before starting the actual coding work, I need the VWorker to create a Requirements Specs document, and then start on the work, so that we are clear on the scope of the software required. Not all functions of the PracticeFusion web application will be needed, because quite a few are not relevant, but the basic features like Medical Charting, Patient Management, etc. need to be implemented. We can talk about the requirements in detail once you bid for the project.
