Design a Wordpress childtheme on the Studiopress Genesis framework

I can make my own websites using Genesis, but I need a designer. I need someone to make the default Genesis installation eye-catching, though the focus should be on conversion. I provide you with a clean install of the Genesis default theme on my webhosting, and a new Gravity forms contact form (that is the goal of the site). I also give you the subjects of the pages i want. You should create a new childtheme. You should think of the structure (the result should contain pages filled with demo-text), you should tell me which pictures you need, you should create some images, and you should develop an astonishing homepage. In the future, I plan to oursource more and more similar projects. Please tell me whether this is something you can do.
