I am using Paid "Service-Finder" WordPress Template. I would like to add a 'chat' feature to enable communication between sellers and customers. In addition, the template has the ability to provide feedback or ratings after a job is completed, however it is not displayed on sellers public profile page. We would like to have it displayed publically and would also like to have additional categories in the ratings, instead of just one overall category. This changes cannot be hard coded since the Theme is updated frequently.
