Create an online accommodation platform

This is for a workforce 'camp scenario" where workers are accommodated whilst in remote areas where a workers camp is the accommodation. I want an online reservation and guest management platform developed that can: Host a series of accommodation site with room capacity. Supply " clients accès to the platform and book their workers in for work swings. The site managers receive request from clients who load upcoming bookings with duration of [login to view URL] supply contact details of workers so once approved by the camp manager, the worker receives communication of where & when they are booked & for how long with a copy sent to the client as confirmation- 2 way fail safe confirmation. Onsite manager receives the request and if accommodation is available they accept if not the reject. Once accepted the booking can automatically be allocated a room. There is to be a check in/ check out function accurately recording onsite guests. The system to has the function of reporting NO SHOWS & WALK-INS back to the main client. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC SITE as is a motel. The platform needs to be cloud based accessible anywhere via the internet. A secondary function will allow bookings to be selected via a search function allowing an invoice to be created populating an invoice template with in the system. Invoices are to be able to send from the system also be downloadable as a PDF PLUS be exported to an accounting software, IE MYOB. As the system is developed several report functions can be added. How I see the system working is : Client logs in Selects Site ( Admin function to add / delete sites.) Loads bookings ( multiple booking function a must) plus as workers are likely to be rebooked an easy rebooking function. Site accepts bookings - bookings automatically fill the inventory - showing IE 60 rooms full 90 available. There can be several room categories, IE Head Staff, Site Staff, Contractors etc. In addition several sites. Maybe an email or SMS or both to go out to guests 1/2 day out from booking & a day before departure. Notes function on booking request section for special needs IE (vegetarian etc) The site needs to be able to add extra charges to individual bookings. Also split payment optionIE company/ guest.
