Create landing page with Paypal payment

Intro: ReboundTAG is the first microchip luggage tag that works in all airports worldwide. It has been showcased by Lufthansa as a way of preventing lost luggage and earlier this year was selected as one of the 5 most innovative companies in travel worldwide at the Business Travel Show so we got to exhibit for free and give a speech at the London Olympia. We need some landing pages for [login to view URL] for some sales partners who will forward people to our website. Ideally you just create one of them and then we can copy and paste the code and adapt where necessary for more landing pages for other sales partners. Note: We can do the HTML design, we can do the translation etc, all we need is for you to do the functionality (Paypal integration, tracking cookies etc). Ideally we would like to use the same code for different landing pages for different sales partners ie make the code as reusable as possible. The landing page needs: 1. Paypal integration so people can purchase tags (we already use Paypal at the main purchase area [login to view URL]) so it is all set up, we just need you to integrate this into the landing page. 2. A field for people to enter the promo code (we already have the promo codes in the database and use them at [login to view URL] we just need a promo code field applied here). 3. We need to track where customers come from so that we can give our sales partners a commission - each sales partner will be given a specific link for them to direct their customers to on our website. 4. We already have some code set up for the main ecommerce part of the website so that people get an email confirmation when they buy something so you just need to connect the landing page to this function so that customers get an email. Example: we just got a deal with a large German company who will promote the microchip luggage tag by emailing out to their database of users with a link to our website. We need a landing page for them where people can buy using Paypal using a voucher code (when they have one) and we need to track where customers come from so that we can give the German company a commission from every sale. Note we generally like to work with the same Freelancers for multiple projects so if you can do a good price and do the work quickly and efficiently then we will certainly work again in the future.
