create a html page

Quote me reasonable price and days required for the following task : I need one html page. that page will have a table = 7 columns and 25 rows. See image for reference. Following its description. Under Item, user will enter item name quantity into textbox.. Under Description, , user will enter its description quantity into textbox.. Under Unit Price, user will enter its price quantity into textbox.. Under Quantity, user will enter required quantity into textbox. Under Service tax, user will enter tax percentage into textbox. Under Sales tax, user will enter tax percentage into textbox. Amount gets total, in a readonly format ( AMOUNT = unit price X quantity ) Subtotal (in a readonly format ) = Total of amount of all line AMOUNT TOTAL (in a readonly format ) = Sub total + Service TAX + Sales TAX NOTE : 1.
