Create clicable open street map with POI list

I would like a dynamic and interactive map for my website using [login to view URL] & PHP. I’d like it to function like this: [login to view URL] I do not want to use Google Maps. If you have a free alternative map source I’m open to trying it. I have a database already with latitude and longitude coordinates I’d to use for markers on the map. I need these coordinates to easily be interchangeable on different pages. I already have [login to view URL] installed on my server. - I would like a sorting option using drop down fields that repositions and zooms in on the map based on the item selected. - It needs to be mobile compatible. - The styling doesn’t matter, show me the options so I can change it later. - I’d like to have an option to easily adjust the maps size on different pages. - I’d like to be able to add custom icons to the points of interest. - When you click on a point of interest, I want it to pop up with an icon and short description including a clickable link. I'm posting a simple project because I am looking for someone who has already done this and can simply make tweaks.
